(SATNAV health warning: this code should bring you to the main gate of the University but some devices take you to a side road on the edge of the campus. If this happens either take a short tour to find the entrance or get out of your car and wave until someone helps.)

Safety

To the best of our knowledge the campus has a very good record of safety and has 24 hour security patrols. If you have any concerns about security then contact any of the conference organisers.

Accessibility

We are assured by the university that all buildings are accessible. The campus has a few gradients but the conference rooms are relatively close to each other and access between them is relatively even. If you have any accessibility needs then please contact either the booking office or email the conference organiser directly (phil.banyard@ntu.ac.uk)

Internet access

Internet access is available in all the rooms on campus and you can connect your laptop using an Ethernet cable which is available from reception. Wifi is available in the restaurant, The Atrium and in the Cricket Hall. We will have a cybercafe in the conference exhibition with free unlimited access. Access to the internet is free of charge.
