Travelling to the conference

Where do I go from the train station?

The nearest railway station is Hatfield. If there is enough demand we will arrange for a minibus shuttle to pick people up on Friday morning for a small fee of around £2. To register interest please complete the form at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/J8CDHH2

We will let you know by email if a shuttle will be made available.

There is a taxi rank and a bus stop outside the railway station. It is a two mile walk or a 5 minute taxi ride to the De Havilland Campus where the conference is being held.

What do I do if I’m travelling by car?

We recommend that if you are travelling from the north or south, you leave the A1(M) at junction 3 and follow the signs to the University of Hertfordshire, De Havilland Campus.   A parking permit will be attached to the joining instructions

The postcode (for satnavs, taxis and Google maps) is AO10 9EU

(SATNAV health warning: this code should bring you to the main gate of the University but some devices take you to a side road on the edge of the campus. If this happens either take a short tour to find the entrance or get out of your car and wave until someone helps.)
